God has the power to transform our lives: from death to life, from addiction to recovery. Recovery is an essential part of life for people who have lost their way. Whether it is through addiction to alcohol and drugs or for those who demand life go their way instead of seeking God’s will in their lives. Recovery is letting God do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. It is allowing God to heal our wounded souls so we can help others in the process of healing. This focus/discussion group will spend one hour each week with a brief reading from scripture and discussing questions related to the steps in recovery (material provided). Group will meet Tuesday nights, April 3-June 19, 7 to 8 pm in Room 201.
