The Friday Chill is your weekly oasis of uninterrupted relaxation - a guided meditation session designed to melt away stress, release bad vibes, and get your mind fully recharged for the weekend ahead. Discover how meditation can calm a busy mind, melt away tension and lead to a greater sense of mental and physical wellbeing. Led by Mindfulness Expert and Founder of Mind Beyond, Amber Jane McCormick, the Friday Chill is modern and uncomplicated meditation experience suitable for beginners and those with an existing meditation practice.
