Let get upside down! Inversions are not only incredibly good for uplifting your mood but they show a sense of growth and progress in your own yoga practice. They can be a bit scary and knowing how to get into inversions and arm balances can seem like a mystery but don’t worry!
In this workshop, we will learn everything you need to know to turn your practice upside down and find your balance.
We will learn the techniques to start to bring into your practice and how to build strength during a normal class practice while learning how to face your fear of going upside down. Find out how to build into crow, shoulderstand, headstand, tripod headstand back into crow and a few more hand balances safely and with confidences.
