Take Your Golf Game to the Next Level - enhance focus, range of motion, stability, and proprioception (knowing where your body is in space) - at the EPY Workshop for Golfers. The two-hour workshop includes a 45-minute vinyasa flow to aid in hip and shoulder opening, core integration, and a stable foundation. Following will be a cool down series including some restorative poses.
Yoga helps golfers improve flexibility, strength, balance and breathing. All areas that can be improved through a yoga practice. Join us and get ready for the season to begin!
