Ayurveda translates as the "Science of Life," and is used by many holistic minded people, practitioners, and their clients. Ayurvedic practices has been shown to help with many body and mind ailments and conditions such as stress, anxiety, back and neck pain, headaches, stomach issues, sleep problems, menstrual issues, TMJ, and more.

In our fast paced lives, it can be difficult to know what practices to use, and how to fit them in to our schedules. Melanie has been using these techniques for several years with her clients and has seen great results- and is bringing them to you in an easy format that you can insert into even the busiest lifestyle.

We will cover several morning and evening practices- seeing which ones work for you and your life. All participants will leave with a plan and action steps to begin their process. Perfect for spring!
