In this 2 hours workshop, we will be working with the subtle body energy of the first chakra which relates to safety and purpose. We will go through self-inquiry exercises to discover a deeper connection to yourself. Create a strong foundation in the body with grounding yoga asana.
Guided meditation will aid in healing cracks in the foundation from the past. Pranayama and mantra will help train the mind as you move forward in the present moment. Essential oils will help you to anchor yourself to the life you are living now, strengthen the sense of belonging, so that you can feel connected to your purpose.
