Yoga workshop with Davina Wellesley
Join Davina for a yoga workshop where we'll develop our self practice by learning 'tools' which you'll be able to integrate into your morning for immediate benefits. We'll flow through some asana, I'll teach you a breathing technique that helps to alkalise your system, a kriya that stimulates digestion, some asana to improve emotional stability and a guided meditation for heightened awareness.
By developing a daily morning practice you set up' and positively intend the rest of your day. I'll provide a selection of 'tools' which you can choose and pick from each morning that fit into your schedule to facilitate you being grounded, inspired and moving from a space of integrity.
