For most of us, backbends can be challenging mentally and physically. We're used to everyday activities such as driving, texting, sitting at our desks or our computers. Backbends are the opposite of these! It helps us heal because they reverse our habitual motions.
Backbends heals, energizes, and restores balance in our spine and, in effect, our bodies.
