The Runner's Symposium presented by Exeter Physical Therapy is dedicated to bringing together experts in medicine, running biomechanics, physical therapy, coaching, running gear, and strength training.
Our primary goal is to advance running performance in Berks County through lecture and hands-on learning opportunities with local experts in the field of running performance and rehabilitation. A Running Start and other vendors will be on hand for you to test out, and see what’s new in shoe-wear and training opportunities for 2018.

The Runner's Symposium is open to all runners, coaches, parents of runners of any age and ability.
