I’m so excited to invite you all the our 12 week challenge meet and greet information chat this Saturday at 10:30am (if your not apart of our challenge we would still love you all at attend for some free holistic information)
We will be introducing Kristy an amazing nutritionist who is absolutely passionate about health and is excited to help you achieve your optimum goals..
Kristy will address:
- why health is not only important for weight loss but for your overall Gutt health and to create the energy your needing to get through your very busy days..
We will also be introducing you to Kate - Kate is “Human Potential Coach” and is so excited to be able to assist you in:

▪ A diet roadmap
▪ Energy producing activities
▪ Strategies for supporting good health
▪ Help address kryptonite behaviour undermining progress.

▪ Designing an action plan
If you are apart of our chalks- You will also be able to pop on over to Mass nutrition to get your body scan done - they can’t guarantee that the body scanner will be available this Saturday so please try and get this done this week 🙏🏼
We will be taking before and some after photos too - so be prepared 😃
