Wellness Workshops & Healing Salt Therapy!
$35 per class attendee during our April Stress Awareness Month. Seating is limited to 6 per Class/Workshop session being held inside our Himalayan Salt Room on select weeknights from 7-8pm. Throughout April 2018 (Stress Awareness Month), these special 7-8pm evenings of Mindful Yoga, Meditations, Guided Spiritual, Motivational & Financial Wellness Classes will feature stress-reduction and self-care themes during your work week. All experience levels are welcome for these gentle & uplifting workshops and classes hosted by featured local Practitioners, and $5 from each attendee will also be donated to DIFD at the Royal from every session.

Each featured Wellness Class is approx. 1hr in length and pricing includes your healing Halotherapy Session (dry salt therapy) as well.
What is halotherapy? Salt Therapy is 100% natural, drug-free and non-invasive. Simply sit back and breathe, while you treat symptoms of asthma, allergies, sinus issues, head colds and more. Reduce stress, anxiety, depression and even skin ailment symptoms of eczema, psoriasis or acne.
