The ultimate fitness test. In the lead up to our second 8 week challenge come down and benchmark your fitness and strength. 10 minutes, 10 stations no matter how fit you get this test should never be easy if you’re challenging yourself to your limits.

Share your goals whether they be weight loss,muscle gain, an unassisted chin up, your first box jump, lower resting heart rate if overall improved fitness we can support you to reach them.
We will be running the playoffs again at the end of the 8 week challenge which gives you 8 weeks to work hard and focus on technique. This is a guaranteed way to measure your overall fitness.
Challenge memberships will be available to purchase on the day so bring your friends, family and coworkers this isn’t a competition against anyone other than yourself.
