This workshop is designed to increase your knowledge base in regard to understanding the safe and effective use of essential oils and carriers while having a lot of fun experiencing and blending them.
For those of you that have taken a workshop with me you already know that the formula shared in this workshop will not only address sleep issues, stress, and anxiety, but may also be useful to address skin issues, mild to moderate pain, and maybe even scare away those pesky monsters in the closet!
The beauty of oil chemistry is that the oils affect the body, mind, and soul.
This class is not branded to one particular essential oil and I make an effort to bring oils from different companies and areas of origination for you to experience the subtle differences of each oil.
You will create your own aromatherapy synergy in a 2 ounce glass spritzer to spray in your bedroom, on your linens or skin or under the bed or closet if needed! (retail value $10)
