Kabbalah and the Tarot Series
This intensive five part series is both an introduction to Kabbalah, and an opportunity for Tarot users to take their craft to the next level. If you are driven to dig into The Mystery, if you are compelled to search the past for clues to answer unspoken questions- then this class might be for you.
Prerequisites for this class are: 1) Having already completed Beth’s introductory to Tarot class at Fantasia -or- 2) Being a student of Kabbalah –or- 3 )Having independently studied Tarot for long enough to have developed a relationship with the history, symbols, and deeper meanings of the tool *If you’re not sure if you fall into any of these categories, just check in with Beth before signing up.

Class 1: Tarot and the Tree. This first class is an introduction to Tarot as an expression of the Tree of Life. We will be exploring the Major Arcana in the 22 paths of the tree, the Minor Arcana in the 10 Sephirot, and the Court Cards in the four layers of the Tetragrammaton.
Class 2: Minor Arcana. In the second class we will take a look at the deeper themes of each of the number cards in the Minor Arcana, as well as study the numerology woven into the Tarot.
Class 3: Major Arcana. The third class will be an examination of the cards of the Major Arcana, and the correspondences (planets, astrological signs, numbers, etc) that deepen their meanings. *this is a three hour class
Class 4: Court Cards. In the fourth class we will delve into the beauty, depth and richness symbolized by the Court Cards.
Class 5: Layouts. In this final class we will explore the laying out of Tarot cards, and discover how “reading” cards, is transcended, and becomes an expression of art. To begin building this skill, we will explore some fundamental aspects of sacred geometry, and the intuitive process.
