Do you love foraging for mushrooms? Find a new foraging fancy with Gil Schwartz, owner and master forager for Seasonally Sourced LLC in Ashland, Wisconsin. This is a hands on class that teaches you to identify, sustainably harvest and prepare Wild Parsnip, Cattail Rhizomes, Evening Primrose, first year Dandelion & Thistle root. Gil will also share with you a wild root chai made from Burdock, Chickory and wild harvested Ginger.
