Level 1 & 2 Testing

Level Testing is a series of standardized tests we’ve devised to give our members something to test their fitness against. It’s measurable, repeatable, and fits in line with their everyday training routine.

We think all healthy adults possess the ability to accomplish Level One and encourage you all to train for it. Level 2 is a intermediate challenge designed for athletes who have been training consistently for 2 years. The standards will remain the same so you can specifically improve in your areas of weakness. Over time, you’ll find that you are capable of doing the movements as written or if you are already there, they will become easier.

Gaining insight into where you are competent and where you need to focus your attention is an invaluable tool that allows your primary coach to help you with specific training progressions and action plans that will help you build yourself into a well-rounded athlete.
