Are you planning or wanting to run Bloomsday this year? Or are you simply looking to enhance your flexibility while running? We're here to help! This limited, 6-week series is two-fold: Our fellow student Jennifer Olsen will lead a running group that will depart our studio at 5:30pm. After a half hour run, back at the studio we'll hold a short half hour yoga session to specifically target the muscles used while running.
A low impact, deep stretch session will help your recovery process, as well as improve your performance if done regularly! Stretching before running is a must; but it's a lesser known fact that stretching AFTER running is ALSO a must!
The cost to join the 6 week series is $60, and by signing up, you'll receive a FREE FatGirl Yoga/Bloomsday 2018 t-shirt! If you're an existing student, you can use your existing credits to come to class; the t-shirt will be an extra $25. T-shirts will need to be pre-ordered, so please let us know your size ASAP. We'll have the option of a tank style or regular t-shirt style.
***FINE PRINT*** Even if you don't want to join the running group at 5:30, you are MORE than welcome to attend the 6pm yoga session. This series will be held weekly on Mondays only. The free first class is not applicable for this series.
