Course 1: Jannat Papad and Kachumber Salad

A papad is a thin, crisp, disc-shaped food typically made with a seasoned dough usually made from peeled black gram flour or other lentil flour. Served with a simple chopped salad with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and a salt, pepper/cayenne, lemon dressing.

Course 2: Chalo Aloo

Boiled potatoes tossed in simple masala and plenty of cumin seeds topped with chopped cilantro.

Course 3: Baghari Daal

Popular lentil dish.

Course 4: Kurkuri Bhindi

Spicy, taste, crispy okra.

Course 5: Fresh Phulka

An Indian bread made with wheat flour and water.

Course 6: Bagara Chawal

Steamed rice with pan-fried cumin seeds.

Course 7: Boondi Ka Raita

Deep-fried crispy Indian snack with raita, a salted Indian yogurt mixed with vegetables, herbs etc.
