Join chef Anna Voloshyna for a night of her favorite cuisine - Georgian! She'll recreate her most beloved recipes with a modern twist, including the delicious and cheesy khachapuri.

Beverage: Homemade Infused Vodka

As always, we'll start our dinner with a cold shot of vodka infused with fresh berries, herbs, or fruits.

Course 1: Spinach Pkhali

Traditional Georgian appetizer of chopped and minced spinach, walnuts, herbs, and garlic. Will be served with some pomegranate seeds and tangy pomegranate molasses.

Course 2: Badrijani Nigvzit

Walnut stuffed eggplant roll - a Caucasus favorite appetizer. Served with cilantro leaves and tangy pomegranate molasses.

Course 3: Chakhokhbili

Tender and flavorful stewed chicken with fresh herbs and tomato sauce.

Course 4: Adjarian Khachapuri

The star of our dinner. Georgian cheese-filled bread in which the dough is formed into an open boat shape and the hot pie is topped with an egg and a pat of butter before serving.

Course 5: Walnut Cake

A slice of warm walnut cake served with a scoop of homemade ice cream.
