Restorative Qigong is a Yin style of Qigong, comprised of exercises designed to replenish and restore lost energy and vitality.
Slow gentle movements are combined with abdominal breathing to create meditative movement, a tranquil mind and strengthen Qi.

In this workshop we will further develop the capacity to sense Qi as a method to improve Qigong practice.

This workshop is open to Qigong practitioners or those that have done some Tai chi, Yoga, or Meditation ,Tcm, healing work etc.

Wear loose clothing, soft shoes or warm socks, bring a water bottle and a plate to share for lunch.

Morning and afternoon tea provided.
