Join us for a Step Challenge for the month of April as we gear up for May BRIK!
The sun is out, summer is right around the corner and it's time to get moving! We are aiming to complete 10 thousand steps each day outside of our normal workout routines.
Take the stairs at work!
Park a little further away.
Count your steps as you Spring clean around the house.
Go for a short early morning run before/after class.
Take a beautiful hike on the weekend.
Go on a twilight walk & talk with loved ones as the sun is coming down.
