Kangatraining is the ultimate work out WITH your baby and it's returning to Yarraville in term 2.

No need for a baby sitter as bub is cuddled close in a baby carrier. They are never left in prams and are guaranteed to enjoy the work out as much as mums.

Yes it's a dance based class with easy choreographed routines but it's more than that too. Kangatraining is a physiotherapist designed postpartum work out which is safe for mums and bubs. We'll concentrate on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscle groups while you bond with your baby who will be safely strapped to you.

I'm cert 3 qualified and trained by physios, midwives and baby wearing consultants. Kangatraining has been endorsed by the Australian Physiotherapist Association, and the Australian Breastfeeding Association as well as PANDA and Manduca. For 2 years running Kangatraining has won the What's on for Juniors award in the category of best activity for post natal mums and bubs.

Kangatraining is safe for mums and bubs from 6 weeks old but we recommend mums who've had a C-section to wait a little longer before giving Kangatraining a try.

This class is a free taster session with discounts applying for those who sign up for the term. My free classes are always full of energy and fun. You are welcome to use your own approved baby carrier or one can be provided. Bookings are essential.
