The sun is rising earlier and so should you. Join Cheryl in the morning, twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at Collective Soul Space, giving your Mind and Body a treat to start the day.
Tuesday will be a Vinyasa Yoga Style, which will help with Flexiblilty, Strength, and Endurance. A nice start with Sun Salutations, moving into a Warrior Sequenc. Towards the end, we slow it down to a nice floor sequence, to help dive alittle deeper into the muscles and tissues.
Thursday's wll be Hatha Yoga. There will be a gentle Sun Salutation flow at the begining to warm up the body and connect the breath with movement. Moving into a Standing sequence, allowing yourself to settle into each pose and taking the time to allow your body,physically and mentally, to connect with your breath. Followed by a floor sequence, digging deeper into the hips and the spine.
