Can you make it to 10 weeks? This introduction package is aimed at challenging you to set your fitness goals in 10 weeks.
The class will give you an introduction to Pilates and Yoga at Finsart Studio. The 90 mins class will be guided through the two disciplines at a slow pass to enable your body to embody the necessary techniques for these movement practices.
The challenge. Well if your not much of a mover, then you need to start setting small goals and that is going to be your 10 week challenge. Movement needs to be apart of your lifestyle. What will happen. You will be amazing for the first 2-3 weeks, inspired to make change. Then you will hit week 4 and here comes the make or break moment. Will you make it to week 5,6,7,8,9 or 10??? Its so hard not to let other life commitments get in your way of achieving a active healthy lifestyle! So here is your 10 week challenge!
