Come join us at Firestorm for an empowering class on Ayurveda & Food. Together we'll explore our modern food choices using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda as a guide. Learn about the nature of different tastes & foods as well as common imbalances, digestive health, and how to navigate using food as medicine to maintain balance in your life. Hello! My name is Kearsley or "Mama Bear" & I am the owner of Bearfoot Balance. As an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Herbalist, & Holistic Health Educator, I deeply believe we are all our own healers and nature is our best guide. My studies & passions for holistic health have led me across the world, most recently to India to dive deeper into the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Sharing classes, talks, & workshops is an abundantly gratifying way for me to empower myself & the global community to have access to what i believe is affordable healthcare.
