On April 22 at 9:30 am in the Chapel, A2A/MHM will host apresentation by Alan T. Carpenter, Speaker | Health & Wellness Coach | Long-distance Hiker and Biker, on creating habits for Lifelong Health and Well-Being. Alan's presentation will be an introduction to a longer program on this subject. After a near death experience hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, Alan became very aware of how he was taking his health for granted. Since surviving that experience, it has become his mission to inspire people toward appreciation and making the most of their health.
