FREE Coed Fitness Camp

Fellowship Hall
An exciting FREE eight-week coed fitness camp begins this Thursday, March, 15th at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall at First Bible Baptist Church. Our instructors for this program will be Dave Litz and Jennifer Castilleja and the eight-week schedule will include the following:
Week 1: Upper Body and Core (Chest, Triceps, and Abs)
Week 2: Lower Body and Core (Legs and Abs)
Week 3: Upper Body and Core (Back, Biceps, and Abs)
Week 4: Circuit or Challenge
Week 5: Upper Body and Core (Chest, Triceps, and Abs)
Week 6: Lower Body and Core (Legs and Abs)
Week 7: Upper Body and Core (Back, Biceps, and Abs)
Week 8: Circuit or challenge
WEEKLY BREAKDOWN
Each workout would start with a 10 minute stretch followed by 20 minutes of an upper or lower body workout. The last 10 minutes to the workout would be core (abs) before a 5-minute cool down. To finish things up each week, we will have a 15-minute devotion.

Whether you come by yourself, with a friend or as a couple, you will find the content of this program challenging and helpful. It's a great way to get in shape as we head into the warmer Missouri weather. We hope to see you this Thursday!
