The Fittest workout is a co-ed community event! All fitness professionals are welcome to compete and cheer on their friends. Prizes will be awarded for winners of each event.
You can compete in as many of the below challenges as you like!
Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female in each individual category and the winning team in the partner challenge..
Those competing in all three challenges for the overall prize will complete them in the same order and be given equal rest time between challenges to ensure fairness. Should you choose to compete in all three individual challenges and the partner challenge, please keep in mind that while we will ensure you have rest time, due to time constraints we can't guarantee that the partner challenge will come before or after the three individual ones.
a chipper of 50 sit ups, 40 swings, 30 box jumps and 20 burpees
fastest time wins
-swings must be 25 lbs for women and 40lbs for men
-box jumps must be 20" for women and 24" for men
-all burpees must be to a 6" box
Squat + Row:
do 50 Air Squats to a med ball and then row as many meters as possible in 5 minutes
Obstacle Course+ Snatch:
Complete Obstacle course & 10 alternating dumbbell snatches (30/20 weights)
the fastest time to complete four rounds wins
-snatches must be 20 lbs for women and 30 lbs for men
Bike 10 calories while your partner holds a plank, switch every 10 calories
the team with the most calories in 5 minutes wins.
