Stretching & Mobility Yoga classes include:
•Loosening the joints, and stretching.
•Aligning the body and the breath.
•Relaxation, release tension and stress.
Suitable for all fitness levels
Each class will contain breathing exercises, physical postures, and a relaxation.
Classes are themed to address different parts of the body:
Adductors, hip opening and strengthening, shoulders and neck, core activation, lower back release, hamstrings and glutes, side body stretches.
What to to expect in a class:
A gentle yoga class is perfect to calm the nervous system and relieve stress.
- Start the class with a short relaxation and breathing exercises
- Practice Asanas, physical postures, to stretch and strengthen the body. Attention to alignment and healing.
- Finish the class with Yoga Nidra, or relaxation.
You will leave the class feeling restored, rejuvenated and relaxed (mentally, physically and emotionally).
