Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for our 8 week Vinyassa Slow Flow Yoga Class with certified Yoga instructor Berta Rewers beginning on Thursday, October 19th at 7:15 PM.
Our Yoga Classes meet in The Training Room between Fleet Feet Sports and Trek Bike Store each Thursday evening at 7:15 PM starting October 12th. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
