We're excited to be bringing back our monthly Saturday Showcase! Grab your friends and come try 15-20 minute samples of three different class formats that we offer here at Flex Appeal Fitness, all wrapped into a one-hour class!

The three formats we will be featuring are:
1. STRONG by Zumba® - This fun class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more!

2. Barre Express - This class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, all while listening to fun, motivating music!

3. HIIT Fit - One of our most popular classes, HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
