This supervised but non-instructed practice is a great way to practice your skills and tricks and meet other local enthusiasts. Pole, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Hammock, Hula Hoop, Chair Dance, Yoga/stretching, Dance, Acro, Pole Silks, etc. Must have experience in the discipline you are practicing.
