Physical strength, anatomy and range of motion can all effect how we do poses like active poses like Cobra, Warrior, Crescent Lunge, as well as relaxing poses such as Puppy Pose and Supported Fish Pose. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for awhile, you'll learn how to stay safe and optimize back bends to help them work for your body!
