A slightly more challenging and rigorous flow practice, with the intention to build strength in both mind and body.
In this practice, we link breath with movement to generate heat from within our bodies, play around with more advanced poses to challenge our minds and let go of fears and expectations.
Each student creates his/her own practice and chooses options that feel good, so yogis of all levels are welcome.
This is a fun and energetic class for anyone who is interested in expanding outside of his/her comfort zone.
