MIND-BODY / RELAXATION / RESTORATION
The Well-being Series is a wonderful way for brand new or experienced students to explore the practices of yoga, mindfulness and meditation with clear instructor guidance in this six week series.
De-stress, let go, and rejuvenate with relaxation, restoration, and meditation.
Try some Intentional Relaxation and Restoration.
This series is intended for those wishing to release tension through the mind, body, and breath. Over the six weeks, we will explore a range of deep stretches and long relaxing postures on the mat, followed by a guided meditation and full savasana (integration and rest). All levels can benefit from this series. No experience necessary.
This series will help you connect to your breath, further deepening your state of relaxation. Healing touch is also offered to students during the practice.
You will be invited to work toward developing your own daily well-being practices. Suggestions will be made for at-home "assignments."
