Ross is a talented massage therapist, energy worker, Qi Gong practitioner, and has been practicing and guiding meditation for nearly 15 years. He will guide us on through a set of tools, that will help renew our relationship with ourselves, giving a framework for meditation that you can take into your own meditation practice. When we our spirit and body are present in the same place at the same time we are whole, and this practice will help us to be more in our bodies. We will also explore foundations of energy work with each other, both to support each other, and learn more deeply about our own energy space.
