Why toe-up?

You can make a fantastic smooth toe shape. The toe acts as its own swatch for gauge! No picking up of stitches on the gusset. It is always fun to learn a new skill. Use your sock yarn to its utmost (no little leftover balls).

If you have two circular needles the same size (length doesn’t matter) bring them- with a wool yarn that matches the size preferably in a light colour. This will be for your learning sock. You will also be using two circular needles in 2.5-3.5mm 16-24” and sock weight yarn for a “real” sock. Bring at least two stitch markers in different colours or styles.
There will be time ahead of the first class for assistance with needles and yarn. Any CLASS supplies purchased at Fly in the Fibre will be 20% off.

Cost is $60 plus supplies.
