Top-Down Socks

2 Thursday evenings: June 7 & 14, 6 pm -8:00pm

Learn a new technique by knitting socks top-down. This technique allows you to try the sock on as you go allowing you to adjust to ensure a perfect fit! Nervous about that heel turn? This is the best class to move past those fears and become a sock master!

The cost is $60 + supplies. You will receive 20% off any class supplies purchased at Fly in the Fibre.

Sock Class Supplies

For the practice sock:

Two circular needles (around 24") any size- with yarn appropriate for those needles. The yarn should be light coloured.

Stitch markers

If you are going to make another sock at the same time that will fit your foot you will need:

Two circular needles 2.5mm - 3 mm 24" long.

Sock weight yarn- one skein is usually enough to make two socks.
