If your looking for a fun way to get fit, meet new people, have some laughs, and get involved in one of the most fun loving, motivational, and passionate communities in the Illawarra, then our HoopFit course is what you’re looking for.

HoopFit is a fun exercise + fitness method that helps you loose weight while gaining strength, flexibility, and agility.

Our 4 week course will give you the basic skills you need to straddle, sit and master basic poses. We learn a number of single shapes through the course, but by the end of the 4 weeks we are well on the way to stringing them together into sequences. Our classes are structured to include strong fitness elements in a fun and enjoyable way to prepare you for the coming levels.

HoopFit brings the visual beauty found in the art of aerial acrobatics, gets your feet off the ground, and turns it into a highly effective workout.
