If your looking for a fun way to get fit, meet new people, have some laughs, and get involved in one of the most fun loving, motivational, and passionate communities in the Illawarra, then our PoleFit course is what you’re looking for.

PoleFit is a fun exercise + fitness method that helps you loose weight while gaining strength, flexibility, and confidence. This is becoming a fast-growing, and highly effective workout trend sweeping the globe.

Our 4 week introductory course where you will learn foundation body movement, footwork and tricks. This class is for everyone with an interest in pole. The objective in this class is to give you basic technique and expose you to all aspects of pole fitness. There are no physical requirements or prerequisites. Our staff are friendly, understanding and helpful. Small classes and personal attention will ensure you have a fantastic experience. Your confidence is boosted. You could find your new hobby.
