Kids will learn ways to calm their minds, ease their fears and reduce worry. This engaging (and even fun!) workshop shares the best knowledge in a way kids can understand on ways to reduce feelings of stress and instead be in the driver seat of how they feel. This workshop comes just in time before STARR testing begins, giving kids a full tool belt of ways to rise above stress. Some yoga postures will be taught along with other proven stress reduction modalities that can be used in the classroom.
