STRONG by Zumba is completely different than Zumba. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Plyometric moves like high-knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. And it's all done in a high-intensity interval (HIIT) format, so you really will get stronger! Also, it can be modified for any fitness level.
And remember to bring a mat, water, and a towel!!
