Bring your salads into the spotlight! They're always a great way to pack in more nutrition, and you can create super-satisfying and exciting meals, too. In this class, we'll talk a little about what makes a balanced meal, as well as tons of ideas for building a decadent salad. Together, we'll design and enjoy vegan, vegetarian, and meat-eater friendly delights, as well as shake up some home-made dressings.
Salads will be served with a home-made gluten-free bread.
This meal will be gluten-free, but nuts and dairy will be used.
