This class is a fundraiser for Food Finder Food Bank. 75% of the proceeds go to Food Finders! Join us for a fun night of cooking, tasting, learning, and fund-raising. In this class, the focus is on fresh seasonal produce and using it to create delicious and nutritious spring salads and side dishes. When using the best of the season, preparation can be simple and still exquisite. Along the way, we will talk about the benefits of eating seasonally and ways to connect with local food producers. You will go home with all the recipes and nutrition information shared in the class.
