In this intensive, week-long class, students will learn both the business side and cooking side of running a catering company. Students will learn how to work within a budget to create one of a kind culinary experiences for their fictitious clients. Students will execute their plans and cater the event. Each day students can invite a guest to come to their event to enjoy unique culinary experiences. Class price includes an apron, recipes, and 5 guest tickets to attend the events. Seats are limited.
