This is a Intermediate Level Class that will focus on cooking with Wild Salmon as well as Seasonal, Local, and Healthy Fruits and Vegetables! Its finally spring and a great time to eat clean, local, and healthy! Some of our featured recipes will include a Spring Beet Tart with locally sourced Honey Goat Cheese and Seasonal Radishes and Micro-Greens, Garlic Soy Wild Salmon Filet with Cous Cous and Spring Peas, Blueberry Turnovers, and Sweet Dark Chocolate Beet Brownies! This is an adult only event, so feel free to bring your favorite beverage! Coffee and ice water will be provided! See you in class!
