Improve your life drawing skills with an emphasis on anatomy and gesture. Led by artist Darien Pullen.
A two-hour session where advanced students can work comfortably alongside beginners.
With a variety of models and a range of different length poses, students can develop an understanding of human form and learn how to describe it. Advanced students can refine their observational and descriptive skills with an emphasis on the specifics of a pose and on human anatomy. An opportunity will be provided to explore different systems of rendering, and longer poses to further develop these.
Secondary or tertiary students can use these classes to gain more life drawing experience, or to further enhance or increase a folio. Students are encouraged to use charcoal, which is supplied, but are free to use any other drawing medium.
WHEN: Wednesdays, 2 May – 20 June, 1pm – 3pm
COST: $240 full / $200 concession (8 sessions)
