Meditation through Pranayama and Singing Bowls - Introductory Workshop
April 15th, Sunday, 2pm-4pm

#Pranayama (prana – breath, vital force; and yama - work) is an art of breathing. It is a yogic set of techniques to work on the breath while awakening our vital force. It works on the energy channels of the body, helping opening and balancing them.

#Singing bowls produce vibrations that connect with the cells of our body and its energy wheels, the chakras. They help our body harmonize and balance its own inner vibrations and energy flow, inducing a self-healing process.
Practicing pranayama and receiving singing bowls vibrations induce a deeper connection to one's self. In this workshop, you'll get introduced to both techniques, along with a simple asana practice that will support the connection to the body. You'll enjoy a deep state of relaxation, opening up to self-healing and broadened self-awareness.

#This workshop will be an initiation to the one hour meditation session happening every Monday at For YogArt at 1 pm from May, 7th.
