Clean and Jerk Workshop is an invitation to work on the technical aspects of the clean and Jerk under the guidance of an experienced weightlifting coach.
This YOUR seminar, and as always, we will meet you where you are to help you grow. We have worked with everybody from novice lifters to National Championship competitors.
There is no bad reason to get outside your comfort zone and create personal growth, so we don’t care if you are a middle- or high school athlete, weightlifter, crossfit competitor, weekend warrior, or first time lifter and want to get strong.
