2 srare spaces have become available to start our Wednesday class from wedbesday 18th April

Many women coming to our classes have never practised yoga before, and this is the perfect time to start. You will recieve a warm and friendly welcome and we would love to be a part of your journey!

Come along and join other like minded women for Yoga, Birth Preparation and Relaxation. Classes run in 6 week blocks and you will receive a YogaBellies canvas Tote bag along with access to your YogaBellies e-pack with downloads of our Deep Relaxation & Self Hypnosis for childbirth.

Classes can be started from 6 weeks pregnant so that you can start to focus on all the positive aspects of pregnancy and birth. Each week we cover breathing techniques and positions for an active labour. The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and focus on building strength, stamina and stability in your ever changing pregnant body. We diffuse aromatherapy oils throughout the class to help you relax and bond with baby. Topic discussions are also included which encourages you to get to know other like minded mums and also build up lots of knowledge throughout your pregnancy for birth and beyond.
